@darrenm8100 a mainly healthy diet may not be healthy enough to restore your inner ecology so that your skin clears up for good… Try taking your diet really seriously for a month and only use natural skin care and cosmetic products and see how it goes.

it says this aztec clay contains a clay known as bentonite clay, which is great for skin,
but so is another type of clay known as kaolin clay….
any thoughts?

@dvssk8er3 In most cases I don’t recommend it because it can cause future scarring but if it is small enough it is okay b/c it get’s the toxins out quicker… but popping them doesn’t cure them so be sure to apply the right techniques to get rid of them then you wont have to pop them!
